Will it fit my door?
The models fit the vast majority of standard and security doors. Send us a photo of your current lock and we confirm compatibility, no strings attached.
What happens if the battery runs out?
The lock warns you weeks in advance in the app and on the device itself. And if it ever ran out, you can always open it with a power bank over USB-C or with the emergency physical key.
Is it safe against break-ins?
It uses bank-grade encryption, a tamper alarm and automatic locking. Unlike a key, a code or a fingerprint cannot be copied at a hardware shop.
Do I need WiFi at home?
No. They all work on their own with a fingerprint or a code. WiFi is only needed if you want remote opening and phone alerts.
